The Christian view of god with scientific revolution
The Christian view of God as the Author of all truth and Creator of our universe influences the birth of the scientific revolution in many ways. One way to look at science and God is to see how intricately God made the world and universe we live in. The detail in how the earth moves, motion, and mathematics points to a greater being because of how complex the society works. God being a thoughtful creator also shows the balance in society. For example, if the earth was slightly closer or farther from the sun, it would not be livable. I think that God plays a role in how the earth functions and the science behind the intricacies of life. Like how animals live and how plants adapt to environmental changes and so much more. There is so much great detail and information about something as small as the atoms we are made up of. It amazes me how complex our bodies were made that there are constantly new changes that we are discovering and more people learning new things that our bodies do naturally. There is beauty in his creation and great discovery that we get to take part of. The scientific method is one way that helps us be able to analyze things in an orderly fashion. The scientific revolution can be viewed as something amazing as a believer. It is all about discovering how thoughtful and intentional God was with the universe.
I find it interesting how God knows all the science and knowledge behind the things that he created. I also think that the science behind how things function, like our bodies and biology, is fun for people on earth to discover and learn more about. Maybe God created science and change for some people to have fun exploring, which is why the scientific revolution is so positive. Learning about new ways things operate and the detail behind each and every little thing constantly surprises those who learn more every year, decade, and century. For some, learning about the incredible detail pushes them in closer relation to God and increases faith in Him and his nature.
